Our amazing Himalayan Salt Plank is freshly hand cut from ancient salt deposits in the Himalayan mountain range. Its dense crystalline surface adds complex flavors to thin cuts of meat, fish or shellfish and retains heat evenly on the grill or in the oven. You can also chill the plate in the fridge to serve appetizers, cheese, sushi or fruit with a light seasoning and a wonderful presentation.

For safe use, dry completely before use on grill or in oven; heat gradually as trapped water may expand from heat and cause plate to burst

Naturally diminishes and changes color with use over time

Scrub with mildly abrasive brush, pat dry and allow at least 24 hours before next use; do not immerse in water; do not use under broiler.
