Cellulite is not a disease, but a cosmetic problem. The comforts of modern society create new diseases and problems, which require new and modern solutions. An interesting fact is that because of the different structure of the fat cells generally only women suffer from cellulite, due to women having a slighter connective tissue than men. Through the consumption of food the body stores fat, which when not used causes the skin to pull in and dimples to appear. The lymph systems ability is reduced causing fluid retention in the connective tissue, reducing the amount of toxins expelled from the body. The result of all of this is cellulite!
How can I test if I have cellulite?
Push the tissue between your fingers slightly together. If you can see dimples, you can be sure that you have light cellulite.

Tips & Tricks
Here are some tips to avoid cellulite:
- Increase fluid intake: minimum 2-3 litre a day;
Especially water and unsweetened herb teas.
- Correct eating: slowly and with pleasure;
The body gives the signal that it has had enough, even after 20 minutes. Do not
eat while watching TV, listening to music or when reading.
- Conscious nutrition: fresh vegetables, fruits and whole natural foods
- Exercise: go for a walk, ride your bicycle, use steps & stairs;
