Relieve colds with the power of nature
Temperatures are falling. Nose, cough, sore throat, sinusitis - colds return every year with the cold season. There are some home remedies that cannot be announced but provide relief, increase well-being and just do good.
Cozy bathroom
A hot bath with essential oils is one of the classic home remedies. It has soothing effects on the throat, cough and sore throat. Warmth relaxes your muscles and stimulates blood circulation. Irritated mucous membranes are well moistened by water vapor and can now swell more easily. You should not swim for more than 20 minutes, so as not to overload your already weakened circulation.
